About
1950s Kitchen Pack is a modular set of 24 individual 3D assets for Blender, delivered as a single packed .blend file with everything bundled in. Every piece is marked as an asset inside the file, so the whole set shows up in Blender's Asset Browser ready to drag into your scene. It comes in at 8,445 vertices and 15,330 triangles. It drops right into kitchen, vintage, furniture, and household scenes. 1950s Kitchen Pack is available as one of your 2 free asset downloads per day with a free account. How this asset is built
This is an optimized asset for games. The mesh is modeled to the silhouette and triangle level. Anything not contributing to the silhouette is generally dissolved, and surface detail is carried by the textures instead of the geometry.
The Garbage Bin as an example. The flat panels collapse into a few large triangles while the lid edge and wheel keep enough density to read from a distance.
This asset is not made for:
- Subdivision surface (SubD). There are no support loops, so a Subdivision modifier will pinch and balloon the shape.
- 3D printing. The mesh is not checked for watertightness, wall thickness, or manifold geometry.
