QUORUM is a slow-burn horror adventure with a retro 3D look, built solo in Godot by Riley Brown.
Quorum takes place in an alternate future where the world is governed by a single theocracy known as "The Quorum." They have called you to serve as groundskeeper for their sacred woodlands. As you go about your daily maintenance duties, you begin to uncover things about the Quorum's history they would prefer stayed buried.
Quorum is a game about choices. In this theocracy, the concept of good and evil is not as clear-cut as it appears on the surface. Sometimes doing the "right" thing is about keeping secrets and gathering information until you feel you have enough to take action.
Character attributes are an ever-changing game dynamic. Instead of growing all of your attributes until you max out, one attribute often affects others. For example, choosing to please the Quorum with exact obedience might gain favor with them but could deplete your own sanity.
This isn't a game where you can keep everyone happy. It's a game of sacrifices, tough decisions, and making the best of the consequences that follow. Seek to please everybody and you might end up alone in this world. NPCs are not just aware of your relationship with them, but a complicated web of interactions that make up the social fabric of the entire game.
Quorum is in active development. Wishlist it to follow along.
