Terms of service

1. Accounts and hosted downloads

Browsing is public. A free account is required for downloads and personal library connections. Keep your account and private library tokens secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may limit abusive requests or suspend hosted service access to protect the library. These service controls do not revoke rights in CC0 assets you have received.

2. Voluntary support and billing

Donations fund asset creation, library hosting, and downloads. The checkout shows the amount, currency, and whether payment is one-time or recurring. Monthly support renews until cancelled. Existing monthly and annual subscriptions continue as support at their existing amount and schedule, including any scheduled cancellation. Donating does not grant exclusive asset access.

You can manage payments, view invoices, and cancel a subscription through your support settings and the Stripe portal. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the confirmation shown in Stripe. Your free account and library downloads remain available. Contact Riley for payment errors, refund requests, or an unavailable cancellation control. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. We make no claim that payments are tax-deductible charitable contributions.

3. CC0 asset dedication

rileyb3d dedicates the models, textures, materials, HDRIs, and asset collections in this library to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal, to the extent permitted by law. You can copy, modify, redistribute, and sell them, including as standalone files. Attribution is optional.

A free account is required to download from this site. Your use and redistribution of CC0 assets remain free of account or donation requirements. Donations support asset creation, library hosting, and downloads.

CC0 does not affect third-party patent, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. Assets are provided as is, without warranties. Use does not imply endorsement. Software, course videos, site branding, portfolio work, and community uploads retain their separately stated rights.

4. Software, learning, and other content

Software tools, course videos, articles, site design, branding, portfolio/client work, and community uploads carry their separately stated licenses and rights. Asset CC0 terms do not automatically cover these works. Historical software purchases, version rights, and grants remain recorded on your account. Third-party marks and content retain their own rights.

5. Service use and availability

Use the service lawfully. Do not compromise accounts, bypass security, or overwhelm hosting. Supported authenticated integrations can access the library subject to operational rate limits. The site and files are provided as is and as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Availability, formats, and hosting may change. CC0 dedications already made remain effective.

6. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Riley is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be explained on the site. Updates to service terms do not withdraw the CC0 dedication from released assets.

7. Privacy and contact

See the privacy policy for account and payment data handling. Use Delete account in your account settings to cancel linked recurring payments and close your account. You can also cancel donations alone in Stripe and keep your free account. Billing records may be retained for legal and accounting requirements.
