Hey! I made a new tool for Blender.
It’s a trim sheet baker built for hotspot UV workflows. It runs entirely inside Blender. No add-ons. No external software. Just one .blend file and a single node group.
Here’s what it does:
- Bake custom hotspot trim sheets using any image, even non-PBR textures
- Auto-generates diffuse, roughness, normal, metallic, edge, and ID maps
- Includes 6 trim sheet templates based on proven hotspot layouts
- Customize edge breakup, beveling, roughness offsets, and normal edge detail
- Bakes in one click by hitting F12, and outputs everything to a folder (alongside wherever your .blend is saved)
